Rent: between 7 and 8 Euro / sq m + VAT, depending on the amenities

Service charge: 2 Euro / sq m + VAT (water, sewage, household waste disposal, security for the access gates, fire prevention and extinguishing, snow removal, external cleaning, outdoor lighting).

The electricity and heating are paid separately, depending on the consumption.

Other services: upon request, our company can provide, besides services included in the maintenance fee, other services: interior cleaning, mechanized loading / unloading, telephone services, fit-out, security, etc.

Parking: allocated to each leased surface.
